Arian & Kasido

About

Arian & Kasido is a Montreal-based acoustic duo featuring Arian Aghajan (Acoustic Bass - Vocals) and Kasra Mokhaddarati (Acoustic Guitar - Vocals). Both graduates of McGill Schulich School of Music's performance degree, share the same love and interest for Iranian music and its folkloric essence.
Their works are described as intimate and easy-listening and that's a result of their modern and minimalistic approach to songs whether they're original compositions or Iranian classics.
The blend of their two Martin Juniors and voices creates a pleasant and soothing atmosphere that pulls in the listener and that's very precious for their duo. Creating a friendly and intimate space where the audience feels special and close to performers.
